EDvance offers eligible employees a 401k plan that includes a 3% of salary non-elective contribution with the opportunity for additional matching from the employer based on employee contributions. Part time employees receive holiday if the holiday falls on one of their regularly scheduled workdays. Part time employees accrue PTO, the amount of time and pay will be prorated based on the number of days worked per week.
