Benefits for Full Time Employees

Health and Dental Coverage

EDvance offers comprehensive medical and dental insurance plans with tiered options for an individual, employee plus spouse, and family, including domestic partner coverage; and 100% of the employee’s cost covered by EDvance.

Vision Coverage

EDvance offers vision insurance plans with tiered options for an individual, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family; and 100% of the employee’s cost covered by EDvance.

Retirement

EDvance offers eligible employees a 401k plan that includes a 3% of salary non-elective contribution with the opportunity for additional matching from the employer based on employee contributions. Employees become eligible for the plan on the first day of the month, 60 days after their date of hire.

EDvance believes an important element to employee well-being is work-life balance. All full-time employees are eligible for:

Paid-Time Off
  • 15 days of paid time off (PTO) as a new employee, with increased PTO time with tenure
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 1 paid week at winter break & 1 paid week in July

EDvance provides life insurance, along with long and short term disability coverage at no cost to the employee. Additionally, we offer flexible spending accounts (FSAs) for medical, dependent care, transit and parking expenses, as well as voluntary legal coverage and voluntary accident/hospital/critical illness and supplemental life insurance.
