Housing Case Manager I (Bilingual Ukrainian Temporary)

Under the supervision of the Director of Housing & Homelessness Prevention Services, the Housing Case Manager will primarily be responsible for providing one-on-one social services to the Ukrainian community, including initial assessment to determine the assistance that the client is qualified for, providing service referrals, and targeted housing assistance and housing support services to currently housed eligible Ukrainian participants.

Temporary Position Job : This is recruitment for a temporary position ending in June 2026.
